I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. In addition to my private practice, I am a social worker in the Texas Medical Center. My areas of interest include maternal mental health, helping individuals (and their families) navigate life with a chronic illness, and generalized anxiety and depression. 

In life, there are many transitions. Along with these transitions come a range of emotions-fear, sadness, worry, grief-this is a normal part of life. You do not have to walk the path alone. I am here to be a compassionate witness as you process through your feelings and experiences. 

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness-based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I believe it is important to identify and build from one’s strengths, which helps to emphasize their capacity for resilience, courage, and ingenuity.
